I can't seem to locate the ticket link for opening up an issue. I have a malfunctioning variable voltage box (order # MV-4405293) Any ideas??

Go to their website (Welcome to MadVapes LLC) and at the top, right below where it says "madvapes", you'll see "Home", "Help" on the left hand side.
Click on the "Help" button, and you'll be taken to a page with "Submit a Ticket" at the very top.
