When I was constantly lighting the stinker sticks, I would also go through at least 1 roll of Tums per day. I just realised the other day that I haven't bought antacids in over 2 weeks!

Anyone else experience this, or is it really...... Just me?

Funny thing is the exact opposite has happened to me lately. Serious heartburn from what happens to be my fav juice. I never get heartburn or at least very very rarely. Last few days lots of tums. Ugh...

However I have Chrones disease and since quitting smoking it has improved a ton. I k we I shouldn't be smoking having this condition but I was hooked and didn't think smoking was exasperbating it. I was in denial.

I don't need the nightly snorts of Afrin to let me breathe through my nose when sleeping, and I don't need the cold medicine in the morning.

Sadly, the mold allergy is alive and well so an antihistamine during these long rainy periods is still occasionally necessary.

I never had the acid problems, but my digestive system can dissolve ball bearings, so there's that.

I have all way felt that anything like caffeine or nic, things that are stimulants, make me more prone to needing an antacid. Same as Beer or a good Mexican dinner. I just deal.

I'm prone to heartburn and vaping does make mine worse.

Been taking an Omeprazole everyday for a year. Still get heart burn but chew less tums and drink less shots of pepto or soothe.

I tried stopping once I starting vaping. Nah.... then I had to wait until the crap took effect again.

Disagree. If the heartburn is chronic, this means the seal between the stomach and esophagus is permanently poor. Any thing that encounters the esophageal flap may irritate it and affect this seal. So wether its chronic or not unique digestive chemistry of a person can be altered by a particular substance.

When I first started Vaping about 2.5 months ago I was hitting my rescue inhaler atleast 7 maybe 8 times a day and then my long lasting inhaler 2 times a day. I now hit my rescue maybe 2 times a week (Depending on how humid it is outside) and my long acting one I haven't hit for about 1.5 months. which is very nice because without insurance my long acting inhaler is $348.00. Plus not only can the long acting inhaler cause Thrush but it can cause some killer heartburn... Yeah try smoking an analog while having Thrush.... Not a delightful thing...

I get heartburn from hot foods and use pepto bismol. Its pretty harmless and very soothing. Idk tho, vaping doesnt seem to increase the issue, its always happened when i eat hot stuff =)
