Yes indeed we are on the same page. I did think of that but 1st I don't have an Oddy and 2nd I think with the Oddy mouthpiece much less liquid in tank since Oddy mouthpiece does not have skinny middle section.
I believe Imeo designed that skinny section in Ithika to allow more liquid in tank.

Telescopic mouthpiece in shortest mode will not have the skinny section

Imeo, I am able to fill 2ml in shortest mode with current skinny section mouthpiece. Can you confirm again if can fill 2ml with the telescopic completely closed in this mode also.

I'm not a big fan of mesh either.. I used it in genesis style atties for a while and found it very finicky.. It seemed to short a lot (despite how much i oxidized it and did everything right.. i used mesh for over a year and still always had issues) and I always had to move the coils around and fiddle with it.. Silica is so much quicker and easier to work with. I did use the mesh on a Provari though, which I think is more sensitive to shorts, so I can't say how it works on a mechanical pv, but still.. I would much rather use silica than mesh personally.

Ithaka with no upper body is the smallest atomizer ever made to my opinion legion. And the new Stealth with its new AD cap is smaller than the previous air control. And if you take off the AD cap and put only the Stealth cap then you can go even smaller but you already know that:)
xtreme, i think you and i are after the same thing.

the super stealth!

if you have an oddy try the mouthpiece on your ithaka, looks sharp! and shaves a couple of mm.

i cant wait to try the metal window, minus the top ring, with the telescopic mouthpiece.:)

how small can we go!:)

I just would like to know why you are against mesh, I have never used it but many people I know use it in the Stratus and others, why do you not like it? Taste? Bad ingredients possibly coming off the metal?

I have said my opinion enough times nos but I can say it one more just because you asked. We stopped cigarettes to be healthy, and not vape rust that comes from an oxidised metal. If you want to see what you vape, put an oxidised mesh into a glass of water and leave it there for 5-6 hours. Then go back and see the colour of the water

Imeo: I don't oxidize my mesh (or SS wire rope) at all and I can leave them in a glass of water forever without anything happening ;-)

if you dont oxidise your mesh then how you make it work pl?

you can only do it on mechanical mods: you start with very light, gentle, pulses and go increasing. this way only the portion underneath the resistance wire will oxydize

it's trickier but it works fine. there are various tutorials on YouTube. even one by DocDave ;)

Imeo, So even though telescopic mouthpiece does not have skinny section like original design for more liquid, would we still be able to get 2ml in shortest mode? Just asking because it would seem less liquid since there is no skinny section in mouthpiece.

Thank you for taking the time and answering everyone's question/concerns in many of the GG threads today :)

if you dont oxidise the mesh then I am not against the use of it pl. But it seems a difficult and time eater procedure

Imeo: get a great genesis (a Ti Steam Turbine? ;) ) and in your spare time (... if you have any :D ) play with it
just be very patient, in the beginning ;)
