No official announcement ~ Imeo just mentioned that he has in the works some sort of update for Ithaka. The what & when is the question. Imeo ~ pweeze feed us some more info regarding Ithaka update

I think that the new rebuildable part of Ithaka will be ready at the same time with Penelope guys. Maybe in about 1 week I will make a review about it

This is how I re wick my Ithaka with 100% cotton yarn and 1.3 ohms microcoil (the coil is the same one I used in the previous pictures):
Coil is around 2.32 mm of internal diameter, and cotton is more or less 2mm (I use two strands of 2mm cotton yarn):

Ariel, thanks. I like the look of your setup. I assume it vapes good with coil placed directly over the middle of the air movement?
Yes, I like how it vapes, maybe I could go lower in resistance, it is my first microcoil, so I wasn't sure on how many wraps of 28 AWG, 8 to 9 wraps + the ends gave me 1.3 ohms.
I used the old ceramic cup top nut (longer than the newer) and the coil is just above the air intake, due the diameter of the coil, air hits the coil directly and on the sides, so it works really good, very clean flavor and good vapor production.
juice control is barely open, basic liquid feeding is enabled in both channels (4 channels) and ceramic cup top nut is in "closed" position.

I'm guessing that too. But here's the thing. It was posted that the "upgrade" may make some ody users actually want to upgrade to ithaka. Part of ody that loyalists like is single. A single gives owner two optional rebuildables. But of course I'm throwing darts in my rubber room. There is a chance they bounce in the wrong direction.
I have a feeling Imeo will finally do the No NR wire on ithaka. Until next week.
