Hi my friend asc. I am very glad that Ithaka vapes wonderful for you and thanks a lot for your nice words
I would like to tell you my opinion about the bad things of Ithaka that you mention:
1. If you dont trust plastic screw then just put wire inside metal channel under wick, no problem. Or we can make a metal screw for Ithaka, thats not a problem too. But I dont see a reason that you dont trust the plastic screw. I shorted Ithaka in purpose and plastic nut was more than ok. I think that you will see it by yourself if you try it.
2. Top part is more expensive than Ody's and its easier to be opened for refilling. Also it gives you the ability to refill even easier than Penelope due to its larger opening. Of course you can refill Ithaka like Ody too. So Ithaka's top part its way better than Ody's top part.

ithaka
the good : vapes at least as good as the odysseus ... full and rich, lots of flavour ... easy to wick, almost perfect to look at
the bad : dualcoil seems to drain battery fast (logcally), and i dont trust the plastic screw for the negative wire
the ugly : i really dont like the top part ... ody was so nice with the rounded part and the screw-in mouth-piece cap ... ithaca looks kinda cheep compared to that.
all in all : i probably gonna sell 1 odysseus ... maybe sell 2 odys and get one more ithaka ... another nice piece of engineering, imeo!
