yes I am sure mad my friend.

Bottom o-ring is ok. It cant ruined that easy
so u think its because i use 1.5 silica(tell that to bishopheals ha ha ) and if i will use thicker silica it wont leak?. i was thinking that some how the lower o ring that holds the post wires is to blame. something gets in the way of it that it doesn't block the hole for the post compleatly. i know it is something i am doing just not sure what

you will open the BF while Ithaca is empty of liquid aal. So we dont care if we loose the seal at the base
Imeo, if we want to open the BF, we will have to loosen the rebuildable part, and I am afraid this would open the seal at the base.

Example aal: Lets say that you have BF totally screwed. Then you screw the rebuildable part. Screw it as hard as you can.
And:

If rebuildable part stops in open BF position and you like it then you leave it.
If rebuildable part stops in open BF position and you dont like it then you go rebuildable part back
If rebuildable part stops in closed BF position and you like it then you leave it.
If rebuildable part stops in closed BF position and you dont like it then you go rebuildable part back

O-ring seals base in every situation

Still if the bf ring stops, you would be able to screw more the rebuild able part which means it wasn't properly sealed.

I put this o-ring there just to make you feel a nice threading of BF against base black. Its not really needed. Its only a small detail just for your pleasure
I took my bf o ring off as I never have it screwed down that far. No issues.

1.5 mm leaves too much empty space in the channels for liquid to flow. 2.5 mm works great. And make sure your housing is screwed on tight to make the seal between the o-ring and the base. If you leave the basic feeding open at all, invert Ithaka while you are screwing on the top cap to avoid flooding. I vape 60/40 so I get flooding if I leave BF open too much and don't invert while screwing on the top cap.
And Poppa is right about leaking on your battery. Inspect your GGTS center post orings for damage.

3mm with 100vg works ok?

I would think so buddy but I can't say for sure. 2.5mm and 3mm seem to be the best for most people. If you have 3mm give it a try first. If you find it not wicking good, remove one strand and try that. Maybe a member who vapes 100%vg will post their experience :)

Ihate wasting my 5 pawns juice that stuff is expensive! Using 2.5 mm wick bf open. Tried it closed as well but similar issue

I will send some steel windows together with GGTS or Ithaca batch Yankee but its a small quantity. Thats why I put them on preorder
Imeo. I need to make sure I understand this fully. SS windows will be on preorder and NOT shipping with GGTS or ithaka preorders? Or both. I'm getting ready to stalk the seller in case they show with the TS batch.
