So i used electrical tape to wrap around the bottom air holes of the Phoenix - then using me nail located one hole and used a safety pin to puncture the tape to allow only one hole to be open.
Got rid of tr wshistling and wicked etc fine - with high PG juice no problem
When i used high VG there wasn't enough airflow - so opened the opposie hole and again problem solved
Thought of using a sealant - glad i didn't as tapes easier to 'adjust'
