My perfect mod would be a very small sized 5v.It would need to be pink with pink leds and very sturdy metal tube type.I would make a black and pink leather lanyard to carry it.

Imagine this: Motorcycle battery + backpack + 3 foot gooseneck + 120ml bottle feeding the atty (or carto) with a tube from inside said goosneck = The OH HELL YES!

I was thinking of what Biana posted, but converting one of those camel drink backpacks and running the wires through the drinking tube that is on the shoulder strap and have an autoswitch on the end.
Then there is my ultimate mod.
Metal Tube with a cutout w/ glass to see the juice level. Would automatically pump or a superwicking system.
Switch to select from 3.7v - off - 5.v (I have the switch for it in Parts PIF forum)
LCD for the battery charge remaining. USB PT with the ability to charge the battery at the same time.
Color changing LED that goes from green to red after 15seconds of switch activation.
And a flip-out bottle openner.

This is a real one that I'm working on ... very slowly. It's a wireless mouse for my Acer Ferrari laptop. I don't use it so thought it would make a great mod.

I want a way to hide the batterys in the vase and mabey a tank where the vase meets the base so I can use it as an vapor hookah.

Here's another one!-) a hands free ecig, about the side of a blue tooth that hangs on your ear and charges wirelessly, and hits around the 5v range, and last 72h of extreme heavy vaping....that would be awesome!-)
Well, I LOVE my purple blackberry with a pink ottercase- I have it with me 24/7- I even take it to bed and the last thing I do before I fall asleep is check facebook. The alarm wakes me up, the calender keeps me working, all my email is read on it, it plays "what we have is here failure to communicate" when I get a text, and "redneck woman" when it rings. Unless its my husband, then its "I aint as good as I once was"
The only thing that I hold MORE than my blackberry, is my PV. SO- if they were one and the same- OMG- heaven!!
Except the battery life on it already sucks- I can just imagine if I vaped with it too.... I would have to hook it up to one of my optima batteries in the truck! LOL

You could find a battery box that holds really slim batteries. Put 3-4 batteries in it, a 510 connection, switch in it and glue it to the back of the ottercase
My two favorite things - coffee and vaping. And I like to change flavors a lot, so might as well have two at hand.
