As one who experienced the days where dirty ashtrays were everywhere you went, including doctors' waiting rooms, I'm glad to see smoking taken outdoors. vaping isn't exactly obnoxious, but many people consider it offensive because it resembles smoking. I can understand their sentiments.

Airports and airplanes allowed vaping inside until smokers complained that they were being singled out. If we could vape, they should be able to smoke, in their thought processes. I don't think it's going to be long until the signs all include vaping bans indoors.

Aren't a Lot of this Threads going to become Moot in 6 Months or so?

Because Once a Nicotine Containing e-Liquids has the Statutory Definition as a Tobacco Product, then they will Automatically fall under Existing indoor Tobacco Use Laws.

Both on the Federal and State Level. As well as in Some County and Cities.

Well I'll tell you what, if I ever come across the person that pays the rent on that particular businesses building, I'll let him/her know what I did and we'll see if he or she gives me the same speech. Does that sparkle with the 'prosecution'?

Sorry, but respecting the airspace around people who don't vape shouldn't be an issue for any of us. We're pretty convinced there are no health issues associated with exhaled vapor, BUT we're NOT 100% sure as Vaping is still somewhat in its infancy.

I think your attitude can only serve to make it worse for us, not better.

I didn't have one until I was approached with one. I absolutely prefer calm verbal exchanges to passive aggressive snarky stuff, but I also return attitude I'm given. I apologize for any one here feeling less than mutual respect from me.

You have a point there.

If there is a sign at that particular business, why not respect it? I mean... do you really NEED to vape inside there? Maybe vape before you go in. Personally, I would feel awkward vaping inside somewhere other than someone's house or a vape shop. I wouldn't do it just because I can. I don't know, that's just me :\ Do what you want, since I honestly don't care what you do lol

The few truly can ruin it for the many.. Having seen my smoking rights taken away from me bit by bit I dearly want my vaping rights to remain as in tact as possible.

I do not expect that logic to persuade anyone else however. I fully expect people to act like they are the only person that exists and to heck with everyone else. Its, an attitude I see that pervades society in most facets that I have encountered. It makes me sad not only that it occurs but also that I have come to expect it..

nevermind me, do carry on.

Agreed 100%, but be careful, you will be branded as "politically correct" just for thinking of anyone other than yourself.

It's always been my goal to be a professional hermit, but the market just isn't what it once was.

I was at the Ohio State Fair this weekend, saw and smelled too much... not many vapers though.

Funny how you join a forum of enthusiasts and you start to feel that something is mainstream, only to realize that it really isn't. This goes for cars (and car audio), phones, and this forum in my experience.
