Seven Grandkids and Rob does a wood run for Christmas. Seeing as how I am the only vaper in the family I won't get one unless I dip into Xmas funds... Rob, I might need to crash at your place Dec 26th- 31st. (once the mortgage come due Mamaw will let me come back)

Ha. I know, right? It may be Rob's way of culling the herd....Ha. Here's my suggestion, Papaw......skip the mortgage payment for December and have a great Christmas for everyone including YOURSELF. It'll take the bank at least 90 days to get the paperwork together for an eviction. You can stall them 'til Income Tax Return time if you play it right....

Sounds like a plan, except for the two things I've always done right; 1) Mamaw. 2) Pay the Bills. (sometimes I wonder if these two are related...) Anyways, I'll just have to look for a few more long runs over the next few months...

Ha! Me, too (pay the bills, that is. I AM the Mamaw....).....but it sounded good. I've learned over the years that within reason the money will fill in behind itself. All the things I worry about seldom come to fruition. It's usually the things I'm blind-sided by that cause the most trouble. Just eat a few more Ramen Noodles in November and the stash will be there when the time comes. Mamaw would probably spend money on you for Christmas......put in your order early to Mrs. Santa.....then help her order it for you if need be.

That's where that saying "the best laid plans......." comes from.

I had some trees cut that didn't look healthy and could be problems.

Of course, one of the ones that looked fine was the one that keeled over onto my storage bldg.

I am betting on January 10, 2014 for sale day.

I am hesitant to say it will be that early.

We shall see!
I'll bet on January 8th, a Woodvil party could be the most exciting birthday I've had in years!!
Not to mention it was also Elvis's birthday, and we all know how Rob feels about the King. :thumb:

Elvis' or Elvis's?
Jan?

This thread has become my favorite. I've been real busy of late with preparing to move so when I do have time it's here that gets my attention. This will be the most anticipated REO sale we will have had in a long time and Im more than willing to bet the REO nation will grow even bigger.

Can't wait until the pics start rolling in! Like dumping a bucket chum in with 200 hungry sharks

Sent while Hyper Vapin a Trippy tipped Reo

I think Robert is holding back posting pics! That first shot with stacks of boxes.......where you just see the edges.......but you count the rows and stacks to see how many are shown!

I do understand that 200 to 300 is a large amount to do and they might still be in the first stage.

But I bet there is a stack we could look at NOW!

Wet our whistles so to speak with a little stack of wood!
