i've already sent it back to Rob once for a repair, which he did beautifully,... only to have it broken in the same fashion as the first time. i really need to stop letting people 'try it out'. it only leads to disaster.
i feel like the woody could absolve me of the usual button-breaking problem, since the fire button stands separate from the on/off switch.
we can expect the sale around december 12th-26th... is that right?
I would never let anyone try my Reo but if i did then they would have to let me hold it and push the button!

On my metal Reo, there is always a tiny amount of juice near the bottle,not enough to leak or be a bother, but I was wondering if this would heart the wood?

There really should not be juice collecting in a metal or wood REO. That being said, juice in a wood REO, over time would soak into the wood. I use Howard's wax on mine inside and out. It protects from juice and inhibits it from soaking into the wood. Juice if left on the outside of the REO can harm the finish.

My best guess is around xmas time .
I hadn't noticed Kim bought a grand . I dont really look at the names my email is a rather busy environment . I get to the what looks like a mountain pause for a second take a good pull from the old grando and have at it like a jedi two fingered typist . I make it to the top wipe the imaginary sweat from my brow . Do a little jig and I am off and running
