Edit: wife just saw it and asked if they every get sold in the classifieds. I just laughed.

I have to agree which is why I go to the trouble an extra expense to get mine. Many prefer the beauty of natural wood including Rob and I certainly can understand why. :) The color dying & stabilization process cost is more which is why Rob has to charge higher price for stabilized REOs. In my case, it even more because I have my stabilized wood doubled dyed to my specs from the source. You can get some wild colors and Rob makes sure to get them to look their best. :)

Those stabilized woods are interesting, but I think I am in the crowd that would prefer a clean finished Walnut or Oak. Nothing fancy, just something that captures the natural beauty of wood. Think Hunting Lodge, or the old cross-grain cut flooring. Timeless, naturally beautiful wood. That's what I'm hoping for Sale Night. :thumb:
