I thought sub ohming was out for the Woodville' s? I'm vaping 1.6 now and I'm used to .6 dual coil. I don't want to take chances with my wood' s though because I was able to get mine only because I was paid the balance for a wedding this summer otherwise I'd just be drooling at all yours, so I REALLY don't want to mess these up at all... so what is the safety line?
It will help but I am not sure it is actually paraffin wax. Paraffin wax is cheap and useful for a lot of things around the house, you can get it in the canning section at any store that has canning supplies.
HA!! I've lived it!! Murphy and I are well acquainted! lolI've been vaping mine for months at 1.1 ohm.
Do you ever have nightmares where you can't find your camera and the wedding is proceeding? Or (from the old days) you can't find your film. Or somethings happened and the wedding is happening and for some reason you are having problems getting there? And the dreams go on and on and you're just freaking out, then you wake up all crazy then slowly realize it was a dream. I have. lol
I'm a right brained light ninja so I had to read that about 10 times to understand it! lolTwo points limit the Woodvil. The on/off switch in the bottom is rated at 3 amps. We hit the Reo for such short button presses 1 ohm should not be a problem and I've been using 1.08 ohm coil for weeks.
The fire button on the side is rated at 5 amps. If you bypass the on/off switch by placing a drop of solder across the contacts then you only need to worry about the fire button and at 5 amps you could safely go down to .84 ohm coils.

Now... What contacts do you mean?
Howard's Feed-N-Wax is what I am using inside and out but Karen recommends their Sun Shield that is like what I use but with added Sun Shield.I'm expecting my precious to arrive soon. Am wondering what type of oil people use to protect their woodies? (I read something many moons ago, but don't remember).
And after a Long Cold Day, what could be better than Mamaw's Home Made Chicken & Dumplings, Mamaw's Scratch Biscuits, and three beautiful Woodvil ! L-R, Lace Wood 18490 (Oompa), Curly Oak Woodvil (Legend) and Curly Oak Ebony Mini (Shadow). I think I'll name them Woodrow, Olde Tyme, and Morrison.Thank you M&S! I JUST received the most beautiful 18490 Bobinga ever! Pictures to come. I have a question about the new Reo 2. in brass. I was about to build the virgin coil for my new mod and I am stumped. (Luckily, I have built many for my silver 2.0 but this seems a bit different. I know there is an OBVIOUS answer to this but I don't want to start futzing around in the dark. So here's my quandary: how does one get close enough to the posts to mount the coil on this? On my other, I just unscrew the top and there we go. On this one, the atomizer is connected to the cap.
Now, please don't giggle.I'm one of those who loves to tinker but am not too good at it

Thank you for giving me the courage to crank it apartIt does have a base, and a cap that screw together...Hi, Robin!
Thank you for giving me the courage to crank it apart. I've got such respect for these babies. Hello to you my DFW friend! Once again, you saved my bacon. I've been spending about 80% of my vaping time w/ my Reos. So good and so easy (even for me). Take care!

hahaha. i was like hmmm. it its like, absolutely seamless!
now if only i could crank mine down a hair more so it'd be seamless with the brass catch cup. lol
Anyone test Vdrop on their woodvil? Turbo? I don't have the mulit-meter, just curious![]()
