So since those Nautilusi are sposed to be All That, I figured WTH, I'll swing over to the YouTuber and check out any Aspire BVC coil rebuilds. I'm not getting any tank who's coils are a PIA to rebuild. (The wrap inside the
shroud of the Eleaf GS coils IS an added pain, but one with a Great improvement in coil life. I can live with that extra fiddliness.)
First, the 2 vids I found sucked, unlike most of the Evod/PT/Aero rebuild vids I've seen.
Then I noticed the same thing I saw in the Aspire BDC rebuilds. Apparently, and I personally have to take
the presenters word for this, you can't separate the two major pieces of the housing without using a
punch and knock out block dealie.
You know, Screw That. Homey ain't playin' that game.
That's just unnecessary fiddliness. I don't like using a knock out block to knock fountain pen nibs out and
I damn sure don't wanna have to do that with coils.
If I can't separate the shroud from the coil base with a damn pair of needlenose, I ain't playin'
So there.
