I would consider Jeff as an acquaintance - someone I know informally that shares the same interest (e-cigs). No, I wouldn't say Jeff considers me a friend - he would consider me a customer, but on a first name basis. IMO, if you are on a first name basis with a business, you are more comfortable dealing with them. If you have a problem you know you can contact them, etc...

I would prefer being called Rachel rather than Mrs. ?? because I feel more at ease.

Yeh, I email Jeff, too. The quicker I have a person to deal with, instead of a company, the better. Jeff is prompt, courteous and eager to please. Hard to ask better customer service than that .. and, no, I won't get into my other experiences.

Could be an 'merican thing. Although I've seen some of you guys talking about chatting with Yoyo. I consider that right nice. A human instead of a corporation is preferable to me.

i think it is a difference in cultures.. the british more stand off-ish.. the americans more up front and informal..

we speak the same language but think a little differently.. a left over from our old firmly rooted class structure.. we stand on ceremony a little more.. we have to know someone a little better before we feel free to use their first name.. only our social betters do it to strangers.. for example my doctor or lawyer would feel free to use my first name.. but i would not feel free to use his without his direct permission.. odd stuff buts its how we get conditioned..

shaking hands is just the same.. the person further up the social scale would make the gesture never the other way around.. those at the bottom simply never do it. its how we test each other.. mostly without even knowing whats going on.. he he..

interesting stuff really..

If you don't shout about it Leaford nothing will ever get done. Don't worry my friend and never feel guilty of being nit-picky.
In fact least I have had a better day with the it two-day. Read new post update.

Oh, I have mentioned it in my videos. I also mentioned that I felt nit-picky mentioning it. :D

thats cos u are younger and not so wise in the ways of the world kit.. these things are changing.. todays kids think they have no betters (only bigger kids who can whack them) the term "feral" springs to mind..

i play games with my "betters" it tends to make them feel very uncomfortable.. they are never quite sure where to place me in the pecking order.. above them or below them..

but kit.. without a pecking order (set of rules) loosely understood and followed by all.. there can be no social cohesion and the whole lot starts to fall apart.. pretty much like the UK is doing at the moment..

u have my permission to use my first name (ted) if u wish kit.. he he he

never calll me f-cking william thow.. that just means u dont have my permission and are a f-cking cheeky git who thinks he is above me in the pecking order and dosnt need my permission.. he he he

trog.. errr.. ted..

Well......I love my kiss if it works the way it's suppose to work.

I had 6 batteries die, 3 manual switches die, and one atomizer, all in matter of 2 days.

A brand new manual battery for the jentl does not charge.

I'm very very very frustrated.

I'm not going to bother Jeff either, I'm going to pack it up and send it all back to him.

I'm sure he'll replace it all.
But it should not be like that.

It's not Jeff's fault, it's the Janty guys in China.

:grr:

Let me update this.

I feel like I solved the Rubik's Cube puzzle.

After two frustrating days I discovered that one charger is not working anymore, so no matter how long you charge, nothing is happening.

The new batteries are not compatible with the old atomizers.

So once I stopped using the broken charger and using the new batteries with the new atomizers, I have no more problems, and am loving my KISS.

The manual switches where replaced by Jeff.....

I'm sure Jeff will also take care of the manual battery of the jentl.

In the mean time, Jeff you enjoy your new baby.
That's all that matters.
