..and this is why i dont help out with CS on forums. :) You cant please everyone.

I only mailed him about this one ticket to get a response, and what i told you is what he told me. Now i dont interfere with how he does his CS at all - thats his function, so dont shoot me im just the messenger..and one that tried to help :)

For all i know, he is doing them sequentially. I dont know. I just relayed the info as it was relayed to me, and his response was given directly to my question; I could have worded it wrong, something could have gone wrong in translation.

Thanks for that Mik, sorry to stir up any trouble. He wants me to ship the old one back... lord knows how much that is going to cost, o'well, I want to prove I'm not crazy and it is infact defective. Anyways, thanks again.

Hi RB,

No no dont worry, i dont mean that youre causing trouble - hence the smiley after my comment! :) Im sorry to hear that its not working out 100% for you, im crossing my fingers that your problems will end there though!

@Mik_janty
if I screw too much the puromizer to the battery, i hear a whistle when i aspire
and the puromizer works bad

Instead, if I leave a little unscrewed, the puromizer works very well.
(with the janty logo above the push button)

Is it right?

(sorry for my english)

The same is happening to me when I do the exact opposite! When by mistake I leave a bit unscrewed, smoke is less and taste is awful :)

It depends - there are always a bit of tolerances in these mechanisms, - so for one its one way, for another its the other way. You can also adjust the airflow ring in order to "kill" the whistle, or improve the airflow.

I will say that i have mainly heard of a problem when people dont screw it far enough in - not the opposite as you describe Il Brucaliffo. But if it works, it works :)

Ordered a pair of puromizers to use with my EGO batts, one's dead after less than 4 days worth of use...Was really hoping these things were going to last longer...Guess I need to open a ticket with Janty USA...

Sorry to hear that , but thats not normal so yeah go ahead and open up that ticket.. all the ones i have are still going strong without any signs of fading.

Where can I currently buy a manual NEO kit? I'm in the US. Can't seem to find one at the moment. Thanks!

I would probably not put liquid in that order, depending on how your customs are - just to make sure, i would purchase the set from europe, and then the liquid from somewhere Janty USA.

Puromizers do not screw all the same.
Logo are placed differently.

But... I'm going to buy also an auto kit :D

Is it possible to see a Black Neo Classic? I wish to compare the beauty of stanless with black :p

I took an O-Ring that fit nicely just over the threads on my Ego type Batts, screwed on my NEO then pushed the O-Ring up to the edge of the bottom of the NEO Carto, this did a couple of things, it took that whistle noise away, it tightened up the draw to make it just right now, and the NEO is producing better like this. Just a simple thing I found for those who have the regular type Ego Batts and threads, this works very nicely, isnt as pretty as the NEO Batt with the Puromizer combo for sure but it really works nicely.

I know that Janty uses DHL and they will come to you pretty fast...Not to be compared with USPS, when I receive something from the States using USPS it takes them at least 10 days to deliver!

i'm in the usa cal. it took 4 day to get the neo from europe.
and i also put in a order from janty usa and it took 3 days.

...exactly :)
