I did that but still hurts, I guess because I always have it in my hand. I don't know why but the new Juice I received today from Janty is giving me a tickle in my throat. I ordered juice from Johnson Creek without PG and I hope that works out good. Johnson Creek says it gives a heavier smoke and it's main base is vegtable oil

I think you mean Vegetable Glycerine, or just Glycerine (no diff).

I woudn't even THINK of putting vegetable oil in an atomizer.

If ever you need to clean, just rinse with water blow the remaining liquid out and then dry blow the atomizer with a hairdryer. next use: drip 2 drops of liquid on the atomizer, click in a new cart, new battery and you're good to go.

Normally you do not need to clean. too much liquid used for dripping? just blow the surplus liquid out, that's it.

Well after upwards of three weeks waiting for my Dura-C order to arrive, today it finally did. I was psyched! I've been very patient with Janty. Knowing the problems they've been having I made sure to not inundate them with emails and figured I'd just chill until the thing finally did arrive in my mailbox. Well today it did, and now I'm somewhat peeved. This is my first order with Janty and may well be my only order with Janty. The following is the body of an email I just sent to Jeff detailing the problems. This whole situation is fast becoming unaccepatable and I'm a VERY patient guy....



Well I finally got my order today and am very unimpressed.

I've tried to be very patient. I know the problems you guys have had lately and have done my best to understand, but I waited several weeks for this order and it's missing parts or has parts that are wrong.

First, the box that the Dura came in is pretty crushed. That's not a huge deal, but it is irksome for something I spent almost sixty bucks for. I don't think that a box that's not completely mashed on one side is asking too much.

Second, there's no cord for the charger. I've been waiting all this time for my Dura, and now that I have it, I still can't use it because I can't charge the batteries.

Third, I have two atomizers, but one is white and one is black. That is bothersome. An atomizer that's the wrong color isn't acceptable to me.

For something that I paid almost sixty dollars for, I think I at least deserve a kit without a crushed box, with a cord for the charger, and with two atomizers that are the same color for pete's sake.

This is my first order with Janty and is well on its way to being my last. I had high hopes for your products and your customer service. Those hopes are definitely fading. I was looking forward to being a loyal customer for a long time. You guys are making that very difficult.

Even if you were to ship out the missing/wrong parts to me on Monday, it will be at least Wednesday until I get them, since I'm assuming asking to have them sent overnight would be too much to ask. How much longer must I wait in order to be able to use something that I paid for weeks ago?

I want to like you guys, I really do. I've been very, very, patient. But I'm getting to the point where enough is enough. Please respond to this email and please reslove this quickly.

Received usb passthrough missing from original extended classic kissbox order. Battery is missing though. Does anyone know if a lithium 3.6v 360mAh (cr10430) will work? Thanks.

Wow, sounds like a bad experience. If the box is crushed, I doubt that is Janty's fault. Mine arrived fine.

The missing power cord? Because there is no power cord. There's a mating adapter that mates with the charger. THe adapter connects to the charger, then you connect to the wall. THere is no cord. No offense, but read your manual. JANTY DURA-C - Janty USA (There's a picture of how this works there.)

When you bought the Dura-C, you were told you get two atomizers, one which is warrantied and one which is not. I suspect the white one is not warrantied.

Actually, all of my complaints have to do with Janty. The actual shipping box was completely undamaged, but the Dura box inside the shipping box was. That's NOT the postal carrier's fault.

And in MY manual, it clearly shows a picture of a power cord. The pictures on their website show an adapter. I really could care less which one I'm supposed to have as long as I have one of them. I don't. How can this complaint have nothing to do with Janty like you claim? Seriously, I'd really like to know. No offense to you, but I did read the manual.

When I ordered my Dura-C, there was no mention that one of the atomizers would be white. I see now their website states this, and even gives you the option of choosing white or black for the atomizer with no warranty. None of this was on the site when I ordered. All I want is what was described on their site when I ordered my Dura. If you look back through this thread you'll see I'm definitely not the only one with this complaint. And again, how is this complaint not Janty's fault as you claim?

I'm not a fool and I resent the implication that you think I am.

Tex, Janty said they were having some major problems with stock and order influx.

Please PM Ludo and tell him "I bought before the Dura-C white atomizer description was changed and would like my black atomizer"

This thread is so long I'm sure you missed it (no problem), Ludo said anyone who has bought before the website change and wants a black atomizer can send the white one and they will send a black one. Not sure about the shipping cost, ask him, I think its only like $1.50 sent via ups he will probably throw in 5 flavored carts or pay for shipping.

Ludo has been trying to answer stuff here, fix messed up orders and he should check his e-mail every day. I can get his e-mail so you can at least get a conversation started with someone to resolve this.


Did you try this e-mail before when you sent previous inquerys?

Or did you send to a .uk address?
Make sure you tell them you live in the UK, ordered from there but are getting no response from e-mails.
They should fix up everything.
