I'm sure they will get this sorted out and back on track to the exceptional service they have provided prior to this blow up.

While I have shared my experience and opinion on the situation, I am careful to try not to get too excited about things as threads like this can make things worse rather than better. As for Dietsmokes, I placed an order Sunday night and it shipped Monday. (Hope to receive it today) I look forward to doing business with both in the future as they seem to have stepped up to resolve the issues. I hope those that get their issues resolved will give us updates as well as those that don't.

I just read the banned thread, I find it very grim towards many suppliers :(

JANTY does not have private forum on here, all is out in the open and we cannot edit anything and that is really much better than trying to play Judge and persecutor in a "owned" suppliers corner.

I don't know about parked dietsmokes before he went online with it, I was surprised myself actually. He did good reviews in the past, it's a shame I feel. I or JEff never asked him any favors, he just happens to live 10 minutes away from Jeff. He also happens to have done many good reviews of other brands I believe.

The fact he and Jeff share a warehouse now for stocking is an economic geographical decision, I don't foresee any problems there. Obviously Parked can't leave any of his reviews on the forum where they where posted, but that is something SJ has to figure out.

All in all this forum was so much easier and better in the early days... but I'm sure SJ will try get that good feeling back.

Thank you Ludo. All I've ever asked for is to get the products I ordered as they were advertised at the time I purchased. It shouldn't be this hard. It would also be a good idea to update the pictures on the site to avoid further confusion. The PCC is even still showing in the pics.

I've PMed Jeff again. :rolleyes:

I just read the last few pages of this thread this morning. I am a patient man and I hate to complain, I just don't have it in me. I ordered the Dura C on March 8 and received my 2 sets at noon Monday. I'd like to say to those who are waiting patiently as I did that you are virtuous and dignified and that it is worth it. The Dura C is a beauty in performance and style. It has exceeded my cautious expectations. I love the manual switch with no LED, very stealthy. Consistent with a great hit and vapor. The white atomizer, meh.. Might look good with White Tie and Tails. :confused:

Walrus, What a great member. You contribute so positively to this forum. You are sour on Janty and rightfully so, you will never go back. I'm not watching with popcorn, I think it's sad and painful to watch. I look forward to your continued positive influence on this forum.

I ordered a KB Classic Extended kit and Dura-C kit on March 2nd. I received a shipping confirmation email last night, so hopefully it won't be much longer now...

I have been biting my tongue on this order in the hopes it will be worth it, and I am really giving these guys the benefit of the doubt. I based my decision to ride out the storm on the older posts I have read about the great customer service and product of the company rather than the current debacle. I just hope they have learned from their mistakes, and this will not happen in the future. I'm an optimist, what can I say...

I ordered the extended classic kissbox and did not receive the usb passthrough. My multiple emails to JantyUSA have remained unanswered and I'm beginning to loose confidence in janty. It's just not the way to do business to partially fill an order and provide no explanation. My monies (full amount) sure came out of paypal in a timely fashion. Hope you get your full order!

I too only received a portion of my order. No explanation with the package but I knew they were having lots of problems and wanted to wait a few days to give them time to catch up. I hope I don't regret that! Still waiting on my second dura-c set and two atomizers. At this point I don't even care if the atomizers are both white, pink...etc., gonna spray paint the f**kers. I just want them. Once this is all figured out, there won't be another dime going to this company from me. That's it, it's over as far as I'm concerned. But I have a long memory and lots of people come to these forums asking for advice. Guess what they're gonna hear?

However, I also give credit where it is due. For those who do not yet know, the product does work wonderfully and as promised. The carts do NOT leak, the manual switch is a pleasure to use and the dura-c does look like fine craftsmanship (not the one with the crappy white atomizer. That one looks like the geeks' black glasses being held together with white tape...YUCK!)!! Time will tell how they hold up though. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I actually WANT to give them a thumbs up...the product, not the company. The company's already in the toilet as far as I'm concerned!!

Some companies hit rough spots in their infancy (and 1 years is STILL it's infancy!). It takes a long time to figure out how to run things smoothly and even moreso when the market is changing SIGNIFICANTLY. There are 5X the # of orders now than there were 3 months ago. This is hard to handle and on tope of that... many companies have had a hard time getting their stock in because of HK issues.

If you read the end of the thread "blacklist"... Terraphon (our most skeptical member even if he has not been here forever) has exonerated Parked and Dietsmokes and so we should all just let that go. Aside from anything mentioned in that thread.. Parked has not done anything bad to his customers (they just ordered their product a few days ago and will get them this week!)... so the complaints/questioning were about business practice, not the website or the customer service and this is no reason to not buy from his site... unless you are boycotting him.. then feel free.

I hope Walrus will keep an open mind and if Janty ever fixes this stuff... maybe give them another chance. I might just draw a black tie on my white atomizer as jc suggested cause I think it will look hot! (If I ever get the Dura).

So anyhow... enough drama and I am glad I woke up to calmer skies this morning. Now I will go check the rest of the forum to be sure the storm has not moved.

Fair enough, I can't say never. But as long as there are more reputable suppliers out there Janty or Dietsmokes will not get my money

Ludo, if you come back to this thread and see this post, I'm still waiting a final determination on my order from Janty.

I placed the order on March 5th - I waited, and waited. I do not complain....

I emailed dispatch on March 14th, I also PM'd Jeff on this forum. I did get a reply from dispatch, stating that there were troubles with back orders, ect.... It stated that if I wanted a refund, I should only respond to the email sent to have one processed...I did respond to the EM, yes, I wanted a refund.

I have heard nothing since... I do still want the Dura-C - if my refund had been granted when I requested it, I would have been happy. If the product had been mailed, I also would have been happy.
But I have heard nothing - my order is still "processing" on your website. Does this mean I get the products, or the refund??? Did my order get "bumped" out of place in the waiting line because I requested a refund?

I have been watching this thread here, I still have an open mind about Janty, I'm not going to yell or scream or throw a temper tantrum - IMO such drama doesn't do any good.

My order # is 2339. All I want is closure. If you have products available, please ship..... If you do not have products avail, please refund... PM me on the decision, or post it here.

And, as a sidebar - If you and Jeff are having troubles answering the volume of customer concerns, perhaps you need someone additional on the payroll to monitor customer service accounts, and spend their entire day answering the masses and smoothing feathers.

I completely agree... but if you look at the e-cigs he gave good reviews to.. they are the same ones he carries... so he must have liked them if he is willing to stand behind them and warranty them. The only questionable review was the EVO and I don't remember his review on that... so I cannot say what the issue was with it. He does seem to take long puffs tho.. and I heard EVO has a shorter cutoff than the Pilot.

Love for the Pilot... still loving it and have not found better yet :) Glad ya got one :)

All I want is some resolution on my order. An email telling me that my refund request is being processed would be enough to shut me up.

However, I have to agree w/ some others that Janty will not get a chance to screw me around again. I'll place my order w/ someone else.

As far as Parked is concerned, nothing bad to say about the guy, but I saw his site and noticed that he already has video reviews of all HIS products available to watch. Plus the site itself is SO much better than Janty US (IE: Order tracking, etc), it's hard to believe that he built that site and did all those reviews so quickly. These things take time.

What I'm getting at is the Dura C reviews he did a week or two ago convinced me to go w/ Janty. Did he know at that time that he was building a site to sell Janty products?

Once bitten, twice shy.

I think you'll like it. It's only 1/4" longer than the pilot with the long battery and slightly thicker. Haven't weighed it, but it's comfortable. The carts at this point last a little longer. Easier to top up for someone who hasn't gotten the hang of the pilot yet. No liquid in the mouth no matter how I draw on it. Battery life for me is about the same so far. Same consistent draw until needing recharged like the pilot instead of a gradual fade like the 901. Good vapor and hit. 2 seconds on the button works for me.

JANTY has ordered Jeff to refund ALL customers who have mailed Jeff for a refund. This means EVERYONE, also those who simply asked for a refund by e-mail to Jeff should have their money back already, without exception!

For those who should have not received their refund, pls email me personally at info@jantyshop.com to resolve ASAP and use the following mail header: REFUND

It would be unacceptable to still have people who have not received their refund but I cannot believe that Jeff would conduct bad business practices!

ORDERS:
200 orders have been sent out since yesterday according to Jeff, so everyone should be receiving or has already received their order.

ABOUT OUR WEBSITE:
all orders are in processing mode even after they have been received by the customers. We currently do not have an online tracking system, so the order status on the website is PRO FORMA.

And, as a sidebar - If you and Jeff are having troubles answering the volume of customer concerns, perhaps you need someone additional on the payroll to monitor customer service accounts, and spend their entire day answering the masses and smoothing feathers.

I don't think many people would like the job :cry:

If you allowed vaping at work and provided the equipment and supplies, someone would take the job. I know there are worse jobs out there.


What about those of us with unresolved problems? I've offered several fair options to rectify things for me, yet I've not gotten a response to any.

Thanks JC. I'm normally quite a nice fellow unless pushed. It takes a lot. That said, Hell hath no fury like a ......-off Walrus.

Spikey, I understand growing a business. I can forgive supply shortages, and being whelmed (favorite word... technically, there is no overwhelmed. They mean the same thing) by sudden growth. What I will never forgive are outright lies and manipulating to avoid providing refunds that are asked for and promised. Scheming to keep our money when they said they'd do otherwise... sounds kinda criminal to me. Until that happened, I was just a frustrated, anxious customer. Now I'm a crusader.

I had emailed every email address on the JantyUSA site to either have the Dura C dropped from my order and just send me the liquid I'd ordered, or to have a refund. I opened a Paypal dispute earlier today, and hours later I got an email that the whole order had shipped.

I'm torn. Yes, I do want the Dura C, and was planning to re-order once things had leveled out... but at the same time there was absolutely no regard to my request for a full or partial refund.

Thanks, Ludo, for keeping us up to date.
