UNRESOLVED? anything unresolved mail me ok!


Now THAT'S the kind of customer service I was expecting!

If only others could take a lesson from this.
If I'd had that kind of customer service from the beginning (IE: Just updating me about the shipping problems) I wouldn't have asked for a refund. I would have been happy to ride it out knowing that Janty had my back. I probably would have ordered a cheap e-cig somewhere else while I was waiting for the Dura to show up.

Thank you for the quick response Ludo.

I have been a small business owner before. For me it sucked and I'd prefer never to repeat the experience. I know it's tough and tend to give leeway as I know it can get bad. I want Jeff and all the others to succeed.

Please don't let me down this time and I will gladly file the whole thing away as one of those unpredictable natural disasters.

-Sorry, but I beg to differ. My dura c kit was a complete lemon. It leaked like crazy, the cartridges never snapped into place, thus coming off in my mouth more times than I can count, and one battery arrived DOA. That has been my personal experience, and it may not be everyone else's, but I won't be giving Janty any more business. I had high hopes, I really did, but my confidence in their company is pretty much shot. I've also been waiting for a refund and my emails have gone unanswered. Ugh.

Well I've sent my email to info@jantyusa.com as Jeff himself said to do in one of these threads. How many of these threads are there anyway? *sigh*

Beequeen, I'm sorry to hear that you got the bad ones. There have been a few others who have stated that they have had similar problems. I only wanted to point out that sometimes we only hear about the negatives and the positives aren't posted here as often. Guess the best that can be said is that these dura-c sets are somewhat hit-or-miss. I have been critical of Janty and have been very frustrated by them like a few others here. With that being said, it's only fair to state the positive experience I've had too.

"JANTY USA website will be offline until Thursday 11 AM Texas time." *sigh* And we wait some more...

I am heavily occupied with the JANTY STICK and will be finalizing the tests by 10 April after which production should start. The JANTY STICK has been tested by 1 member on this forum and 2 others on other forums in secret. The results are perfect asides form one minor "glue" problem. The CAMEO is being designed and will be tested in April, but I do not foresee any major problems.

We will send out 10 JANTY STICKS to random members on this forum to give their impression before we put them up for sale.
Why not make one of the random members someone like me LOL. I order and use only Janty products after trying many others. It would be nice to hear from someone on the forum who does not regularly do reviews. The reviewers here are great, but a new voice could assuage some who feel that Janty is being promoted by paid reviewers.

Just a quickie question, Sherid. Who did you get the 801 from that you sold to me? Was that a Janty or another? Want to give kudo's to whoever - It's my favorite vape.
