Does the pressing the button cause the light to go blue? even though its only a fraction of a second, if so, thats fine.

I have just tried mine, and its a pretty full charged battery, and the red light has instantly come on, I press the button and it goes to blue, and back to red on release.

Back to charging - often when I plug in the USB the light doesn't come on until I press the Stick's button. Is that right?

I remind me of the Everly Brothers' song: "Prahblems, prah-ablems, prahblems all day long, duh-duh--duhhhh".

scylla ;)

Is your battery fully charged? If the light doesn't come on then that's why.
The LED should light up red when you plug the USB lead into the stick and your computer and then go out when the battery is fully charged. If you press the button to vape off it you'll also get the blue light appearing which will then go to purple and red as you approach the cutoff.

Hi fellow Janty Stick vapers!

It's about 7 a.m. on Saturday, so I'm going to hold off on a thorough review until my morning daze has worn off :p

I've read many of today's posts and must agree with the positive ones resoundingly! The Janty Stick Rocks!

I don't have any spare attys., which would be today's worry I suppose as I want to keep this baby stocked up and ready to go. I've already started preferring it to my purchase made from a certain flashlight modder over the pond.

THE DRAW: Absolutely perfect for my tastes! I'm not one who prefers a harder draw, and I can't see the desire of some for that old fought battle of basically holding ones breath for however many seconds. It's elegantly perfect, almost like the resistance one gets from an analog.

The Vapor: Holy smokes! Plumes of voluptuous vapor. The first non-cartomized bought e-cig for me that matches the output of dense, thick fog!

The Taste: Who would have thought an 801 atty would maintain such good taste. I did up my nicotine intake as at 6 mg., I don't taste much of anything compared to a 901. The cartridge life however, is well worth any small loss of taste. Plus, as I said, I was trying 6 mg. 555 which can be a hard flavor to discern, even on a 901. The "Fargo" flavor cartridges that came with my Stick however, have a nice pleasant taste... all in "High", so no variety pack using Low and Non, leaving me with only 1 or 2 carts I can use!

Design: Outstanding looking, really dig the mulit-colored indicator LED! Also, I've been wondering why everyone is trying to push 3v+ through a 901/rn4075 atomizer? They get really hot and leave you with throat burn. The Janty Stick, using approximately the same amount of voltage output with an 801 atomizer manages to produce more vapor than my other much higher priced "mod" using 3v+ on a DSE901/rn4075 atty! As to length of battery usage, I'm still slowly charging them (while vaping of course) off my USB port and only received the Stick yesterday around 4 p.m., so that's a wait and see type deal.

Cartridge Life: I've seen this comment several times in this thread. The Janty Stick does the best job of using as much of the e-liquid in it of any penstyle atomizer I've had thus far! What a true pleasure to vape and vape without dealing with oily hands and equipment! Again, haven't used long enough to give any detail as to how long my heavy vaping is going through cart.'s. I've been on the same cart, no refills since yesterday afternoon though! That being said, don't let this thing run dry if you want to keep you attys. from frying.

The Only Drawback: As I can see thus far (also has already been commented on) would be the length of the included USB cord. The one thing that sort of overrides that fact is the "nifty" carrying case with belt clip, so you can always have your trusty Janty Stick with you while out and about! No other e-cig I've received came with such a custom made, truly useful for both men and women little clip on carrying case. The overall package itself contained no box, but who really needs more trees cut down for something you probably won't keep for more than a couple months anyway? I'm sure when we receive our chargers (got my email notice it had shipped yesterday), that'll ease some worry. Maybe Jeff will get some longer USB chargers in the future and make us original "short" USB users a good deal for exchange?

The Janty Stick moved up my preference of device in such a short time, that I too am ready for a "backup" order!

Overall, I can't see anyone being disappointed in this small little hand held e-cig! Jeff and The Janty Group really outdid themselves on this one! With the costs of other e-cigs running just slightly lower, I'd say do yourself a favor and buy one (heck, make that two if you can afford it)! I think this was one of the best designs I've seen in quite a while! Great for everyone, from newbie to novice!

Thank you Janty USA/Janty Group, you've made this one of the sleekest, greatest performing models I've run across to date!

What a brilliant review, thank you for posting that for us.

I dont know what janty USA is selling, but when I bought my JS here from iVapour, I ordered a wall charger, and am I glad I did. It charges the battery in about 90mins, which then goes on to last up to 9 hours for me.

Well worth the investment in my opinion.

Hey Mace

You have had a Stick for a while now - how is it going a few weeks on?

I'm loving mine!

Great review btw

Going GREAT!! It seems to get better with age, like a fine wine or a woman! The only problem is like I said in the review is the silver side
nicks pretty easy, other than that, no bubbles no troubles!!! Still using the original battery, and it last 6-7 hours. I had to thicken up my cart stuffing a little cause it wicks a little to good also.

Mace
