Japanese cotton FAIL! please help!!

So i recently got my order of japanese cotton in! I've been hearing nothing but great reviews, and had to try it. After i installed it and saturated it with juice i took and WHOA!! extreme throat hit!! I've sub ohm'd as low as .10 and never had that harsh of a throat hit. It was almost as if it were dry, but i soaked the cotton thoroughly. I know i'm doing something wrong but i can't seem to figure it out. I thought that maybe i made it too thick so i did it again much thinner and it helped, but not much. Has anyone had this problem before, and if so can you please provide some insight?

That helped out alot! I guess i'm just over stuffing the coil. If what was said in that thread is true i was cutting a pretty thick piece and compressing it like i would organic cotton yarn or cotton ball cotton, and twisting it into the coil. I'm glad you showed me that before i wasted another pad doing it wrong LOL. I'm sure i would have figured it out, but with online stores being the only way to get KGD around here i don't wanna waste it. Thanks Skoony!
