I like the cherry cut half and half with the vanilla ice cream flavor. But my husband thinks it stinks, so I'm going to stop ordering it and switch to all vanilla.

The chocolate almond is the one I don't care for much. It smells good to me, but it doesn't taste all that chocolate-y and has a funny 'feel' to it.

maybe my cherry batch was tainted or something because there is no way you can taste cherry in this, my girlfriend likes cherries and almost got sick off of just the flavor of this, so I'm guessing it was tainted. I'm not much of a cherry fan so I'm really going with her word on this one, but even I can tell if a cherry is good or not and it just, like I said, tastes like a mixture of chemicals.

Although JC makes it when you order it, they should also test it before they ship it out, if they're going through the trouble of making it then it shouldn't be that hard to taste the stuff, sending out tainted liquid is not a good way to do business.

It's definitely more of a lifesaver cherry flavor than a real cherry flavor. But I'm not getting a cough syrup flavor. There's a particularly nasty artificial cherry flavor that I can't stand, and if it tasted like that I wouldn't be able to tolerate it at all.

I tried a cherry cartridge from another manufacturer that had a pipe or cigar-like flavor that was really awful to me, but they had some more chemicals in their formula, and I don't know if it was that, or just their flavorings. Gag.

Where are you seeing starter kits? I have looked all over their web site.

Just went to there site, looks like they might have discontinued it, thats a shame it was really nice, the bottles I will use again for when I leave the house to carry small amounts of juice with me instead of a whole 30ml or whatever. And came in a tupperware container with a syringe, tweezers, plastic seethrough carrying case, and a tiny little bottle and funnel to put liquids in so you don't have to carry a lot with you. It's a shame they don't seem to have the starter kit anymore, although you're lucky you didn't get this cherry flavor I got, BLAAAHHk.

I wish I could say that it even tasted like a lifesaver which I wouldn't mind, or even like a cough syrup. I'm glad though that you got a good batch of it and I'm sure the lifesavor type flavor is very good.

Still 6 more flavors to try and looking forward to them.

And I noticed that there is pretty much NO throat hit with these flavores, which is unfortunate... don't know if I will buy more from JC we'll see once all the flavors have been tested. All in all the starter kit was a good buy and worth the money, wish they would have let me pick a type of cart to send with it but oh well. Hopefully they put the starter kits back up.

That sounds really awful. Unfortunately, I won't be getting the cherry anymore, at any rate. Not worth the old man's .....ing or the chance of getting a bad batch. Vanilla will have to do.

I don't care for JC either. I received a 3ml bottle of their marlboro? flavor as a freebee with a PV I purchased from Vapor Guys. Quite frankly, if I could smoke their pretty little bottle it would taste a LOT better than the stuff inside it.

I buy their stuff all the time, exclusively. Not so slow, they're busy for sure. They do have more than one flavor. Top Quality, assured and guaranteed!

To be honest I dont like the throat hit. I hate the feeling of cigarette smoke in the back of my throat. I love JC it is so good and I love the way it feels when it hits the lungs...ITs great and thats all I will buy fro here on out. Its US product. I will also be buying a prodgy from puresmoker b/c its a US manufactured ecig mod...the only thing thats not is the atomizer and PS is working on that as well. You ought to check out there passthroughs as well. His new design will surpass all USB passthroughs to date. he will also have adapters for several models for it....as of right now he has the 801/901 adapters. soon hes going to have the 401 and 510.....all you need is one USB and separate adapters for each of the Ecigs you use....Im just throwing news out there....He will be shipping these starting the 5 or 8th of JUne.....go check it out. JC juice rockss.

JC's site talked about a new sampler kit coming out this Friday the 5th. Looks like JC's promise to get shipments out faster is being held - placed my first order with them last Thursday the 28th and received it today.

That's still a pretty slow turn time. Most of the liquid vendors I've ordered from have the product in my hand in less than four business days.

Must be nice. I ordered on the 21st. Finally got a shipping notice on the 1st. Inquiring emails sent on the 28th went unanswered.

I love their juice and I depend on VG, but waiting over 2 weeks is ridiculous.

Oh a little note on cherry flavor... try adding a bit to your cola... my mom calls it her cherry coke... she likes it that way. I liked the JC sampler, and their large bottles of mint and Tennessee cured were good. I HATED the cherry... it was the worst.. with strawberry right behind it. The kona coffee was good, but I was afraid of buying the big bottle after hearing that it lacks flavor in the big bottle... I bought coffee from eastmall. I don't care for it... but it was cheap.

I tried the Tennessee Cured and Wild Cherry today. I have to agree about both orlampagal. I was hoping the cherry would be like a pipe tobacco I liked 40 years ago, but forget it. Then Tn Cured is great so far. I also ordered the Orig Tobacco, but waiting to try that another day. Since the new samplers aren't out yet I ordered 15ml bottles to try.

I like the flavored liquids for an occasional change but for every day, I prefer a regular flavored liquid. I’m not too happy with the JC original…it seems very thin and watered down. The liquid I bought from the company I bought my e-cig from was very thick and stayed in the cartridge rather than getting in my mouth when I refilled. It just seems like a very weak liquid…not much hit on it either.

I can't possibly emphasize how similar my experience has been. While I very-much enjoy their flavors, the strength and consistency have been very, very weak. I had ordered a sampler when I ordered my first e-cig, and I just ordered the JC flavors I liked, figuring they were a "premium" brand and likely to be the best way to go.

Only yesterday did I try a bottle of the "generic" Chinese-made liquid (the kind that is oft-included with e-cig kits) that I purchased from a vendor who was offering them on sale, and I almost fell off my chair. Not only did the quantity of vapor and "hit" go through the roof, the consistency of results is bang on, exactly what I had hoped e-smoking would be. I had attributed past poor performance to being the product of an imperfect technology, as I had experienced relatively consistently inconsistent results with both models of e-cig I own and despite ensuring fresh components. But that's clearly not the case now, as both "vape" like Swiss watches with the generic liquid.

Even more, when using the 24mg JC juice, as a former 2-3 Pack/day Marlboro smoker, I found myself having to "nurse" my e-cig to get any decent kind of nicotine satisfaction. Now, when I use the 18mg "generic" juice, in addition to just performing consistently well, it delivers a nicotine wallop that I had yet to experience from any of the 24mg JC liquids I tried. I then fished-out the original bottles of "generic" I received with my first RN-4081, and I'll be damned if I didn't experience the very same results. And, like you, not once did I wind-up with a mouthful of liquid if I had inadvertently over-filled or drawn too hard.

I really respect all of the obvious effort and attention to detail JC lavishes upon their product, and I really enjoy some of their flavors. I also feel more comfortable with VG versus PG, at least for the time being. I'd love to be a satisfied JC customer and hope they can provide some sort of resolution to thicken their liquid or make it work as well as the el-cheapo Chinese varieties that seem to work so very well (in all respects) by comparison.

+1

I also like the fact that JC is manufactured in the U.S. But until they get up to par with the chinese, i will not be placing any further orders.

JC just can not get there act together. They update there website to advertise 24-48 hour shipping. I place an order and again here it is day 7 and nothing--still "processing"??? This happens evertime I order from them.

They can not deliver what they promise--so why bother to advertise it. I would rather a company be up front and simply say "I do not know" rather then this. I really have had it with them.-----------Sun

I think the problem with the JC juices I have tried (all VG) are that they are too thick and do not flow through the screen to the atomizer as well as the thinner juices. They are certainly too thick for my M-201 and make it way too hard a draw so I use the JC in 801/112s and the thinner liquids in the 201. I don't know if the JC PG juices are as thick but will find out in the next day or two when I receive my next order.

The commonly available RY4 is a bit similar to JC tn cured to my taste. It has a better throat hit perhaps since it is thinner but I much prefer the tastes of JC tn cured and JC tobacco (which has a better throat hit than the tn cured). I could probably get used to RY4 as an all-day vape if I had to, though, which would be more convenient since it could be used in all my ecigs, and cheaper!
