Thank you Vapoor eyes er and potmilkz. That gives me hope for my future now. :D

You're always VERY welcome SexySod. I tried finding a post here about someone who was on all sorts of respiratory meds. Their lung capacity was 48%? After vaping for a yr their lung capacity went up to 80% and the Dr. said they could stop taking ALL resp meds- simply amazing.

It took me about a month to notice any difference.

Granted my lungs probably looked like this

Still get winded but, recover MUCH faster. Also muscle soreness as a result of exercise doesn't occur as easily and when soreness does occur it dissipates much faster.

Spring is here and I'll report back as my leagues start up. Not someone who jogs but,I play a ton of sports. Need a coach yelling at me to jog or run. Or a ball to chase...

LOL, I tell my buddies all the time that if you give me a ball(basketball, baseball, soccerball, football) that I'll fetch it all day long, but running just to run doesn't interest me at all!

I do have to run though to stay in shape for the military, and I can honestly tell you now that my legs get tired before my lungs do, which wasn't the case before I quit smoking.

Yeah no kidding. I just don't get it. Played basketball growing up, soccer through high school, baseball through college and I can't stand jogging... but, hit a ball in the gap and I have one gear..." runners high THIS"
