Trying to get rid of my nighttime jones....

I've been thinking about this and I think that when I start bugging for my normal night time cig I'm going to go out for a jog. Maybe not being able to breathe when I get back will get it through my thick head that I really don't need to smoke at night. Last night I took my first jog since last time I quit cold turkey. My street is pretty long and has a decent grade hill that I leave for the end (it's either that or go down the grade and up the wall a block over). When I get back to my house I'm huffing and puffing with the best of em...we'll see how it goes.

Running does help kill cravings - I think it has to do with exercise in general causing the rise of acetylcholine (the muscle neurotransmitter) which nicotine also raises. I'm totally off analogs because I had a running fit a month ago that really killed it off by replacing it with an endorphin high - especially since I realized that smoking even ONE analog can mess up your endurance.
