That's the first time I've ever heard that before! Anyone know why they would give out such bad advice like this?

I can't speak for them, but after reading their entire beginners section I'd say it's either pretty dated and/or they're only catering to the newbie demographic. They also don't mention cartomizers, only atomizers and cartridges.

I know they supply all the juices for Blu Cigs, so that could have something to do with it too. No sense in turning people on to the wide world of vaping - it's not their business model.

Their juice selection sucks too, they hardly have any flavors! I must admit though, I love their cherry flavor that they use with Blu, I wish they sold it on their site.

I read that at JC's site months ago and thought it was a liability prevention clause. Maybe they don't want people to get burned or juice splattered in the eyes? Even without dripping, I have to clean the atty right after JC's juice, something in there. Why don't you just email them and get their "official" answer?

I really don't think they're very "plugged in" to this segment of the market. They really only deal with the run-of-the-mill, buy it and vape it crowd, as opposed to those folks on here who are aware of all that's out there...

I have tons of e-liquids around my house and keep ordering more from differnt vendors just to taste different flavors but I order from JC at least once a month.

When I drip, I do my damndest to let the coil cool off before I drip again. Going so far as to blow in the atty to do so. Dripping cool juice on a hot coil is a good way to bust it and at the very least weaken it to the failure point over time.

This sounds crazy to me. And I have never had, seen or heard of e-liquid spattering off the wick into someones eyes. Maybe there juice is clogging and not advised with there juice. I only drip and never had a problem yet. If someone knows what this means please post, I would like to know the answer to this.

Technically, he was dry burning, not dripping, so may not apply. I do hear popping in the atty dry burning if I didn't rinse the atty clean, so I'm sure with the right juice, atty and batt combination, there could be juice projectiles & they would be hot. That's why I dry burn with atty pointing at a mirror.
