It depends on where you get Venison. I had a deer hanging in the garage in Utah. I had it cut and wrapped and I'm telling you every piece I ate tasted like poop. I gave the whole thing to some people down there and they loved it. Now eastern WA. deer are excellent and so are the whitetail in Mont. but they feed in them big grain fields over there. It Utah they eat sage brush. The best meat I ever had. Well that and my brother had some sausage he gave me made out of bear, deer and elk mixed and it was wonderful.

Freaky at least you had leftovers. I live on frozen dinners. My body will have to be cremated because all the preservatives I eat it's not going to decay very fast.

never expected to find this in a thread, but if I may add WV whitetail are delicious when loving prepared by just about anyones grand mother. It may take all day in a pressure cooker, or a crock pot, or my favorite, marinated over night and grilled, but in the end its worth it. Ive come to notice that about the older generation even im my family, the best food takes all day to make lol

I dunno I really like wild game. Just last weekend I went out with my new FX Cyclone (a masterpiece of an air rifle) and shot a brace of rabbit and had rabbit stew. So yummy with taters and carrots and celery etc....

I've had packages come across the country in two days but more likely it will be three soooooooo Saturday is most likely the day it will arrive. With bad luck it will be Monday. YAHOO !

Bov I'm surprised you didn't ask for $25 too. TOO BAD !!!!
I applied for $100 month for eternity for the Obama stimulus fund and it was just approved. So 5C gets $25 Grandma gets $26 (it is her thread) and I get $25. Of course I'll use the remaining $24 for administrative fees.

That's not FUNNY! WEll, maybe it is in my case. My first Ego which I was really looking forward to came across the county about as fast as a husband taking the garbage out after being asked twenty times-- saw on tracking it was out for delivery and was ALL excited. Then I saw it HAD been delivered . Problem was it WASNT delivered to MY house !!!!!! FedEX ground not USPS. Nobody knew WHERE my Ego had landed. Got another one this time deleived via USPS in two days. Fast forward TWO months later. I come home from work and find a package on my front porch. Yep, my original Ego got delievered two months after it left the vender.
