Hey guys, I bought a couple of the original JonboyUSMC's tanks from the very first batch. Does anyone know if those can be used with dual coil cartos? Thanks

I believe Jon made shorter tanks and longer tanks, and asked how you wanted them set up back then, if there shorter tanks about 1-3/8" your gonna need a longer piece of polycarbonate. You could PM Jon and purchase a long style tube or buy them at Mcmaster-Carr to make your DC Carto's work.

I just measured my tank and it's 1-5/8". Is that large enough for a regular dual coil carto?

you can always have extra carto protruding out the bottom, I think the width around where the ce2 slides in is the important part, right?

Yes, that would be important. I assumed they would be the same diameter since they're designed to be used with the same battery/connectors.

oh yea, and you have to modify the top to securely fit the top of the carto, with a small piece of ce2 or carto stainless tube

I thought I wouldn't have to do that since I would be inserting the whole dual coil carto tube, so I wouldn't need that extra part for the secure connection.
