Once someone is on the list, then it's all Jon right? My vote would be to turn the list you have over to Jon and end the list. Taking the list elsewhere could very well end up causing issues for Jon here and none of us want that. It is unfortunate that a few bad apples spoil things for everyone. I hate that this has caused you any problems simply because you were trying to help others, but some people can't help but stir the pot.

My point is they only have as much power as we the Members give them. They are a business and like any business they need customers. Without the members they are just another web address.
I as their customer I have the power to decide to deal with them or not.
