I'm starting to think that the voltage adjustment is much better on the Provari than the Buzz. I just dialed in The Creme Caramel to 4.5 and it tastes much better than when I thought I had The Buzz set to the same voltage. It really tastes better. Maybe I'm nuts.

Probably because of the draw. Different amount of juice heating time.

with my provari ... i find about 4.5 to 4.7 the sweet spot
