Morning Lavacorps! We've got a Winter Blizzard Warning in effect for tonight and tomorrow, gotta go get some milk and some fire logs in case we lose power. It's too early in the season to even think about this stuff, 78F yesterday, 32F tomorrow.

No not yet

I just sent another email to GLV asking if they can find out where the package is so at the very least I can go pick it up if it's stuck at a local PO somewhere. I tried getting that information yesterday, but got nowhere with USPS.

What bothers me the most is that on 10/15 I sent GLV an email asking for a status update on my order & in that email, I also asked them to make sure they noted my change of address. They replied to that email, so I assumed they indeed took note of that address change.

They are saying everything they have is showing my old address - when it's not. If they printed off the original order slip & that's what they were going off of it did probably show my old address.

I don't think I could have done anything different on my end. I updated my address on their webpage through my account a few days before I actually moved and I sent them an email asking to take note of that address change.
