Summer, there is a GG thread, and GG has there own line of tanks, and plenty of help in that thread for anything GG related, I dont think another competitive modders stuff should be discussed in the JonBoy thread, it is usually that way and a courtesy amongst ECF' Rules to do so. It's just a courtesy to Jon and his business and this thread, next will we be discussing Johnna's tanks ? really I dont care because Jons tanks are way nicer but its just the point, there is many GG threads and only 1 LavaCorps and Jonboy thread here on ECF, I guess we could always start another thread so it's Jonboy tank specific only though
Honestly, I just re-read the GG-related posts and all I see are discussions pertaining to their PV's. Nowhere did I see a mention of their tanks, therefore, not a direct competition.
Do you hate GGs that much that it bothers you to see others even talking about it? Its basically just chatting like we normally do whether its about a GG, ProVari, Darwin, Helix, Precise+ or any other mod. There have been plenty of Precise+, ProVari, GLV-2 and Buzz Pro chats in this very thread and Jon doesnt mind because it is not a direct competitor of his tanks.
My point exactly. I got loads of help in this thread when I first got my Darwin, and no backlash. LavaCorps frequently discuss everything from the ProVari vs Buzz Pro, how long one has been waiting for their GLV, to all things P+ with no backlash. I'm confused as to why this is suddenly an issue when it hasn't been mentioned before, much less by Jon.
I'm not trying to upset anyone here, much the opposite. I find this a bit unfair to those who would wish to discuss GG's in place of the countless other PV's the rest of us discuss. Again, I say PV's,
not tanks. Like I said in the first place, if it is something we could use WITH our LavaTanks, I think it's perfectly relevant and as I have never seen Jon disagree, I tend to believe he wouldn't.
Oh, and just as a side-note, I don't even have a GG.
