Nope, historically this area doesn't get hit often. We've had one in the six years I've lived here and it wasn't much more than a strong storm and alot of wind

Not yet. In a bit here, I'm going to try to put the blunt 18g needle inside the inner tube and use the saddle valve to punch it. Hopefully that helps.

I also went back to using the punch & jig set, along with using the blunt needle. I think it does a better job making the hole without any compression on the outer tube.

Yeah. and the real kicker is she married my dad when she was 20. And I was only 10 and the 'baby' of the family. it was(at the time) a nightmare.

I hear ya. I was only 3 when she married my dad and she has made the last 31 years of my life miserable. I am actually more mad at my dad for allowing it to go on.

oh, I had an evil stepmonster too...she hated the fact that she had to raise another womans child...(I was 11)..and hers were grown...she hated me...and told me so...life was miserable, sad to say my childhood ended then...

Mine also ended....especially when the stepmothers mother threatened to beat the living c*ap outta me for trying to interfer with her daughters marriage....(at age 10 but what did I know?) I was only a kid wanting a fathers attention.
Seems like a lot of us come from very disfunctional families. But, I think we all turned out ok......

Yes, I agree. I love the fact that I turned out "ok", despite how I grew up. She always told me you'll never be anything and your not smart enough to go to college. Well, I sure showed her. love it. All of this has made me a better mom, cause I never want my daughter to ever feel the way I did growing up.
