Strprw, I dont know if there still around but Imeo use to make an extension piece in Brass to extend the top of the 510 Atty tube. If you take a piece of the stock 306 sleeve 3/8" and put it on the 306 then slide a 510 tube over it from a blank carto your set up will be fine,,,, got what Im saying ? so its like the picture below but without the drip tip and cut the top of the 510 tube to fit.
I06 is about 8.44mm at the base, a 510 tube is a tad less then 9mm ID so you may have to make a thinner first section or just use a reg 306 mod like my picture shows.
That stock orange cart you may be able to use to do my 306/510 mod Strprw

What's the major difference between the p and the p+? I'm thinking I want to try a 100% mechanical mod, but I want it to be compatible with the kick from evolv.
Good to hear you are not going to go back to the analogs. There have been some frustrating times along the way but it ususally works out and I'm happy you are sticking with it.
I'm somewhat confused....Are you saying to cut down the stock orange piece down, slip it over the i06, then use a standard carto tube over all of that? Assuming that's what you mean then the carto tube becomes the adapter to hold the drip tip high enough?
yes, or you may be able buy the Avid 306-510 adapter to make it work in your GGTS possibly Strprw, I also think you could probably machine your own piece up and get it way cheaper then a GG update will cost you too. But my 306-510 Mod that I came up with over a year ago and posted may work too give it a try Strprw
