No, sorry, it really doesn't.

The install space required by OSX is comparable to Windows 7. The basic hardware in a mac is the same in PCs. When you buy a mac you buy the ease and simplicity of OSX. I agree, OSX is an excellent OS. I love it on my laptop. The problem is mac's are generally quite a bit behind in video hardware, which is easy to upgrade in a PC, not so much in a mac. Not to mention video drivers for mac generally suck compared to the windows counterpart.

The same hardware running both OSX and Windows 7 will benchmark (realitively) comparably.

Anyways, don't wanna get into a mac vs pc flame war.
Agree to disagree.

I served my time you know? Why be punished more? This is why recidivism is high and so is substance abuse....anyway I am clean today and I am thankful for the opportunity. I know I am hireable and I have skills and assets that would help a company. It was the most rigorous application and hiring process I have ever had....a couple of applications, two phone interviews, formal interview, assessments....then I got hired. I impressed them...blah blah....it is what it is. Just a sucky feeling....I am looking at this with as much as a positive outlook as I can...I haven't smoked in 80+ days, clean, and I have food in the fridge, xmas tree with xmas presents for the good and bad girls in my life....beautiful kittie's and a bright shining wife....

not saying you wont like it but we have a trading post on the other forum and I think someone wanted that one specifically
I fretted over whether to put my last choice as any or not. I even changed it a few times. Maybe I did have any. I can't remember anything!

Anyway, I got a Norse Pride Ming.

Sounds like it's all good. I hope everything you wish comes true and Congrats for not smoking for 80 days. If you can do that, you can do anything.
