Get yourself a proper carto punch. You'll thank me. If I'm not mistaken, 801 fusions are simply a 501 platinum w/ an 801 connection. They will work in a Lava, but if you are adapting them to a 510 connection, I don't see the point.

I normally use a self tapping saddle valve to punch cartos and I usually only go with 1 hole, also does anyone in the corps use the 801 fusion cartos in their tanks ?

Thanks ! back in my pre-tank days I used to use boge LR and enjoyed them. still have about a dozen or so lying around in the vape kit that Ill be able to use.

It was a list that was started a couple months ago, but it was capped at 100.

I see in your sig that you have a Provari. Although a LR will work, why not go for the best? Use a 3.0 boge and pump up the voltage. IMO that setup just can't be beaten.
