ECF and particularly this thread are the last thing I read each night. So my question is this: Do most people who participate in the sales eventually get one? I'm not even sure it took a minute before they were gone!
Definetly don't give up, you'll get one if you stick around and keep trying!! Even some of us that have been here long term have missed out sometimes (I missed on the last two or three sales), but I know I'll get lucky again...just gotta keep trying!!
Trust me, these tanks are well worth the effort!!!!!!
As Tyleris mentioned, you'll get one if you stick around. At least that's what I've been told. I've not managed to snag one yet, but I've only participated in two sales so far. There were lots of folks who got their first tank during the last sale so I know eventually I will join that list. You are right about how quickly they are gone though. I think luck has a lot to play in it. My pm was posted exactly 1 minute after each of the last two sales began, but I was too late. ECF becomes real laggy with everybody online at once and trying to post a pm. Word of advice...have your color choices picked out prior to the sale. I write out my choices in Word, then copy them so all I have to do is paste it into my pm. Hit refresh a lot in the moments before the sale is supposed to begin. Once it starts get the pm out as fast as possible, cross your fingers and your toes and hope for the best. I'll be rooting for you.
Just checked tracking, looking like tomorrow. As well as a big ol jug of truth serum from rawr.

Hi everybody... guess tomorrow's gonna be the day. Well, you've got the last day of the work week and then all weekend to get acquainted w/ your new tank.
