You can block youtube.com only, if you so wish. In the directory c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc there is a file called simply "hosts". This file is checked for IP addresses when you reference any DNS name, like youtube.com. If an entry is there, it is used. If not, then the internet is checked for a numeric address.

Simply put an entry into the bottom of that file:

127.0.0.1 youtube.com

127.0.0.1 is an address that is always assigned to each and every machine as a "loopback". This makes it impossible for you to now ever reach the real youtube.

I had a pretty cool experience with Zappa when I was 15. The Mothers were playing at Man and his World in Montreal in 1969. They had 5 shows scheduled, Friday night, Saturday afternoon and evening and Sunday afternoon and evening. I went to all five shows but the last one was cancelled due to rain (outdoors concerts). So me and a few friends were walking around and I noticed Jimmy Carl Black, one of Zappa's drummers, with some people. Next thing I know, we're hanging out with all the Mothers! I always remember the stupid first thing that came out of my mouth! "So, what's the next album called?" He answered me like I was some kind of interviewer telling me all about Hot Rats. Great moment in my life!
