I'm curious. I keep reading about leaking problems with DC's. Are they that much better than Boge carto's? I never have any leaking with Boges no matter how many slots or holes I make. Yet it seems that most people are using DC's. Please enlighten me. Why do you prefer DC's?
dc's for me put out tons of vapor and don't need much power, but i really like the boge's too.........the dc's just have more of a heating surface so i think they put out the vapor a little quicker......apples to apples really when you vv.....but i do like the lr dc's at 3.7
I use Boge's....Flawless.....I wouldn't waste my time with anything else.
I'm sure that's gonna start a flurry of comments.
I think 2.0ohm boges perform better than DC's. The DC has its place. For me it's just providing length to clear the switch on my super-mini.
I understand that DC's are lower resistance but have you tried the 2.0Ω LR Boges? They're pretty nice on a 3.7v device and may solve leaking problems for those that are using DC's.

i just ordered a bunch of 100% vg though from virgin vapor, they have a 15% off sale til tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes; i did ask her to thin it a bit so i can use it in cartos
Both are good Cartos and you surely cant go wrong with a Boge, however I think it is more of a "user hole punch issue " with the dual coils Pete54, I could be wrong and have been many a time, but seeing there is 2 coils in these which is making them burn hotter, using more juice, and the circulation involved of the juice in these compared to a simple Boge I would have to say, wrong size holes more than anything else. one thing that also is a biggie is people arent probably experimenting as to the juice viscosity to what size hole they really need with that viscosity in a DC Carto. just my opinion
I feel the same way. The SR Boge's with my 5v. mod and I never have to worry about slow wicking or leaking. They are consistantly good.
I've also been using 2- 3/32" holes in the Boges with all types of different juices....thick and thin.....They always work well for me. Flawless I tell you.

is it the 18650 used with the extension cap?
i really want a SS lava style tank to take to work that i don't need to worry about breaking so much, as i worry about my lava tanks now; i fear for their lives!!!!! and my provari's life too, work can get kinda crazy
yup and when you order the new battery from them i believe they provide you with the new spring as well that you pop in to replace your old one
