Yeah... it wasn't until I saw him a little bigger at the other place that I really squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed over him
Chips, do you have an Android phone? I just got a LG Optimus V and am trying to figure out if it's taptalk I want for the forums or is there something else/better?

Hey tylieris12, I have the Optimus V and tapatalk works well on it. Although....... it's the only forum app I've used, so not really a comparison to other apps.
I'm in and out... I do have an Android. I don't know what else there is out there app-wise for the forums. I know that IVC and ECF are Tapatalk supported. You can always use your browser, but I find that so much more tedious, IMHO.

I haven't tried any other forum apps either. I like Tapatalk, except when it doesn't like to play nice with IVC and makes me cuss

Oh, I do have a tip for batt life on the Optimus. There are apps out there that manage power and they work OK, but the apps themselves use up a little power. What I've found with the LG is that as long as I keep "auto-sync" and "background data" in android settings off, battery life is very, very good. Everything else I keep on. When I need background data working the phone let's me know, and for synching I prefer manual anyway. Any question on the Optimus, just let me know.

man i am so done with winter, the cold is hitting us week in week out, goes from my 6 yo to my 8 months old to my wife and now i'm starting to feel nasty. Got to attack it with everything we got in the medicine cabinet, I hate being sick.

I have had a company phone for 4 yrs. now, so use to figure why pay for another phone, when I have that one for free? But wanted something I could check the forums with, and my e-mail, while I was at work and away from home. So this was the best deal I could find. Sandy...I can't even run my 'dumb' phone well, so don't think a smart phone is in my future. Ofcourse a year ago I also said I'd never fill my own carts and never dreamed of owning a tank...so who knows
