So I've got bad news. I'm so embarassed by this that I don't even really want to post it. As some of you might remember, my Orange Creamsicle from the last sale was damaged by USPS when it arrived at my home. Jon set me up with a new bottom piece and everything was perfect. My wife and I have been running around like crazy moving into a new home, purchasing and setting up furniture, appliances, kitchenware, cleaning things out, organizing things, cooking, etc. Yesterday, we spent a majority of the day cleaning and organizing stuff, and somehow, I lost my Orange Creamsicle tank and the Precise+ 18500 it was attached to. I looked everywhere for it, going as far as rooting through what garbage I could find of ours in the dumpster. It's just nowhere to be found. I pulled the trigger on a black satin Provari to replace the Precise+ 18500, I just wish the lava tank were as easy to replace. Well... wish me luck on the next sale... I'm hoping for the best. I love Jon's tanks and maybe I'll have better luck with the next one. :)

In a house...
Not a good ideal.
I will take the keys and PV anyways.
Just a remember for future reference. If momma anit happy no body is happy.
Also she is always right. You are wrong. Except that now................................LOL
We've been together for 6 years now. I'm quite aware of how very, very, very wrong I am. I'm surprised I was able to live to my ripe old age of 36 being this wrong all the time.

A happy wife is a happy life....burn that into your mind....there will be other tank sales.....your own wedding....weeeellll let's hope there is only this one....
Well, you say that, sure....but then, I go ahead with this wedding thing, next thing I know, jon retires, and I'm forever haunted / taunted by the ppl in this thread and their tank pr0n. I cannot take this decision lightly.

Moon maybe it will show up......On new years eve i Lost my reo grand i was heartbroken...........I chalked it up to holiday madness and wrote it off even sold a bunch of things to afford another one, I even had the listing for my sale as "I lost something and i really need to sell things to replace it" ( I got a purple one yay!) The other day something fell under the van seat (yes i looked there more than once) and when i reached under there it wasnt carpet i felt it was cold. I reached in and wedged tightly between the van drawer and the plastic seat bottom (astro touring type seats) there it was! I had honestly given up on ever finding it like i said i have a new one and everything so you never know maybe it just isnt gone forever................

I hope so, LilyBear. I really do. I've been racking my brain to remember where I put it, but I seem to have a lapse of memory between the time I had last seen it to where I put it when I switched to my Darwin before it got gone. Welp, I'll be sure to keep everyone posted. :)

I've done this a few times, and thankfully they have always turned back up...eventually. Good luck!!

Hey LavaPeeps...
Wow, I can't believe how many tanks JonBoy has made for this upcoming sale!

Is this the largest number he's had in one sale?

Already getting my fingers limbered up, doing my finger exercizes, for Friday nite!

Congrats to the new grandpa!
He might not actually put all those up for sale this Friday. I think I read somewhere that he was trying to have enough to take to the Chicago meet.

Don't give up hope. Things are a bit hectic when you move. It may show up eventually.

Hi, Bliss,

I'm actually right on top of downtown. Have a little garret apartment in Old NorthEast. I love this little city....

Nice. I have lived in a few places around town. Back when Thomas and I were a young couple we had an apt on 7th Ave and 2nd st. We loved living down there. I mostly lived in Shore Acres in High School.

Oh I come back and visit almost every year :)

WV is where I was born and raised. I am perfectly content here. Although Florida is beautiful and I enjoyed my years in the the Burg I wouldn't move back there. It's true what they say about us West Virginians, we have "return to sender" stamped on our butts

I'm not giving up hope yet. This lapse in memory is a result of too much partying at Grateful Dead and Phish shows since I was 15. I don't party any longer but I guess I'm still a dreamer. I would absolutely love to get my hands on one of the tye dye tanks Jon is working on now. But I was upset enough today that I put in an order for a black satin Provari to replace the Precise+ 18500. I hope I end up finding the tank, though. I had trouble sleeping last night I was so distraught.
