Hey, I have a question and please anyone feel free to answer. Say, you bought a tank from classies and had explicitly asked the seller if ALL o-rings were included to which seller replied yes. But upon receiving the tank you discovered that some o-rings were missing. However, after about 3 hours there doesnt appear to be any leaking...yet. So, maybe they're not totally "necessary". Should that affect how I rate this transaction?
nah, i wouldn't bother to ding them. I have hardly ever had to use the extra o rings. they last pretty well, as long as you put the carto in correctly (use a short drip tip and put it in from the bottom)

IMO it definitely affects the rating. Product received not as described, period. Whether it warrants a drop from positive to neutral is up to you, but I would put it in the comments viewable by all.
That's what I was thinking Tiff, but this is my first "expensive" tank and I'd hate to be stuck with what amounts to a $60 leaky oil can. I think I'll be ok though...
