Check out the 48....It's a hot bike.
Those HD 48's are pretty nice, can make them look like something without too much effort. Would be a great little in-town ride, just like my 1200 custom was.
I'm a chic. So the sportster fits me perfect. lol
Kelly, you should definitely get a nightster or the 48! I've ridden a ton of HD's (worked at the dealership for two years) and the sporties are my fav. Bang for the buck, weight, performance (with a little help :)) Can't go wrong.
Yeah...55 stay alive is for the temp to me. For days below 55 I have a truck with a heater. LOL
That'd only leave 2 months around here ;) With good gear temperature doesn't much matter. I've ridden thru a few Montana winters when I was really gung-ho (that should be read young, dumb, and....) but I generally try to keep it above freezing now :)

That's nice, riding was a good therapy/relaxor-is that a word, to help take my mind off everyday stress and I enjoy when we had big group on rides/runs. Loved the look on peoples faces when your riding 40-50 people on the road. I miss those days but alas time marches on.

I know right, $8,000 for a beautiful new Sportster. Believe I have been looking. Another child is in our future horizon, so it's probably gonna have to be on hold for awhile. I went as far as going to the dealership and sitting on them, lol. Perfect fit they are!
