Cat, if you are not seeing the pic make sure you hit the insert pic button after you upload it. It will put the pic in brackets in the sig box field, then you position it where you want and add text above or below the [ pic ]

Edit: there is also a "show your signature" check box on all quick reply screens, make sure that is checked.
