you can PM strprswpr to get on the tankless list or keep an eye out for the special nights where a crazy mad rush will happen when people stampede to get their hands on a limited number up for sale.
Hey Fran, I read the thread posts you were talking about, and I must say I agree with ya 110%. I'm not saying Jay is a bad person in no way, but I think it is kinda sorry to start a sale when your working off of captial others that have been waiting for over a month.
Finally caught up. I'm going to jump over to the GLV thread quick. I have orders in with them too
i have to say I've lost a little interest in GLV after the way the owner handled that situation.
Yeah, That's how I feel. I'm sure after I get the SM and mini I wont need anymore GLV's. This P+ blows them away.
even a mention of a sale while he has back orders is just plain dumb.... was i right in reading that for the sale orders the lead in time was shorter ?
Like I said, if jay has come off as caring in the slightest about the people on backorder before the sale I don't think anyone would feel this way. Good customer service is offering inconvenienced customers something for their trouble. A 5 dollar credit, a box of cartos, a bottle of juice, it doesn't really matter what. Just saying "sorry guys there's no good way to do this without screwing you over" isn't good enough.
If I would have known I was going to have a wait of around 6+ weeks, I would have ordered the percise+ instead.

So he says. Their are two of them building them now. I hope they pick up the pace. I ordered a mini earler this year and it took over 7 weeks to get to me. I did know thats how long it took before I ordered it. I knew it was going to take a long time this time too. I did'nt have a problem with how long it would take.
