I just got the new top cap design done tonight. New materials are in hand and now I'm at the mercy of the USPS. They've got my new lathe chuck. Isn't it funny that priority mail isn't really a priority for the post office???
Keep an eye on the thread here, because when I get these done, I'll take pics and throw the whole lot up for grabs. My friends at work have seen them, and they think they'll go quick.
I don't think clear ones would work to well. When you turn it, it just goes opaque. I'd have to do some SERIOUS polishing to get the clear back.

WOW!!! I just bought one of the tanks off of someone in the classifieds and I must say WOW!!! I have three MAP tanks and I really liked them but this tank is just awesome. It just feels solid compared to the MAPs and the tubing is just so much thicker. If you ever do this kit in SS count me in, I don't care what the cost is. I will have to get a few more of these. GREAT TANK!

thats fine with me, a textured finish lets the LED dispurse the light better. thats my only real reason for suggesting clear. but if you would ever consider a small batch(with enough interest of coarse) i would gladly take one + one of the colored ones.
Here's a little teaser pic of what I've been working on. A little more unique than anything else out there. It also has an internal o-ring around the ce2 base, so no more hassles change ce2s out. I ordered the wrong o-rings so it'll be a day or two before I'm ready to release the lot. These are also smaller than my original tanks since I can't find the material in the correct size.
The next batch I'm thinking about revamping the top piece to accept a carto. I've been vaping a carto in one of my original tanks, and like it a lot.
Damn, that's pretty crazy!! Are they all green, or do you have diff colors? Are they somewhat opaque? Cant tell from the pics.
I've got 10 different colors to choose from at the moment. I'll try to get some good pics up tonight. That one was taken with my phone, I'll see how the macro works on my wife's camera.

Your killing me John....Hot stuff. I can't stand CE2's.....I need Carto Tanks.......Those things are crazy....Unbelievable work.
The pictures don't do them justice. Outside in bright sunlight they look awesome. I've got some cartos from Ikenvape on the way, so I can work on the top cap design. I just need to get some dimensions and I've got a pretty good idea where I'll be going with them. PMUFS is still in the works. I have to find the time to get my mill retro-fitted with the new electronics. Those are going to be even more labor intensive than the current ones.
The fusion, and especially the V2 Carto would be super in these, I have a tank with a V2 Gold I'm running in a syringe and it rocks.
jonboyusmc, those are the sexiest thing I have ever seen since I started vaping... I MUST have one.
