I use Boge 2.0 on my 3.7 devices and Boge 3.0 on my high voltages devices. I have yet to have a problem with one.

Thanks, that confirms what I was thinking. I just got a pack of Boge 2.0 for my 3.7s and have been happy with them - I was wondering if the 3.0s would be a good match for a 5v. Just so I'm sure, these aren't dual coils you guys are using in your Jonboys right?

Some people use the dual coils. Just make sure you tell Jon what your gonna use so he sets up the tank accordingly. I've been reading all different threads on a bunch of different tanks and it seems to me that there are lots of problems with the NON BOGE tanks. That's not to say they are all bad but there are some problems. I've used every tank out there and I haven't had a single problem with any of them. I just prefer Jon's tanks over the rest. I don't understand the need for dual coils, triple coils, Hemi powered coils......The Boges work and they work flawwlessly. But as my old man used to say....."There's an ... for every seat"

I just got the new materials in yesterday, so it takes me about a week to get a batch turned up.

Strprswpr, the video was SPOT ON!!! That is exactly how I fill my tanks. I get maybe a drop or 3 of juice lost. Also I found an old Boge carto, brand new in the bag lying around, tried it out and WOW!!! Helluva nice vapor producer.

Thanks to GrimmGreen for stopping into my thread and Strprswpr for pointing him in my direction.

I'm going to get to answering my PM's now. I survived my class reunion (barely) Then I have a few orders to fill. My lathe will be out of commission for a day or 2 starting tomorrow. I'm tearing into it, to do some preventative maintenance, and a few upgrades. Hopefully the upgrades will decrease the cycle times, so I can make these a little faster.

Hey Jonboy - Do you happen to have an ETA on your new blanks? I've curious to see the liquid metal; but if it's going to be a long while I'll pick from what you have in stock. Thanks :thumb:

Those old style tanks really fit the larger tube mods nice. When I first started making them, I modeled them on my silver bullet. The materials I use in them makes them damn near bullet-proof too. I've had one tank come back cracked since Feb., and I fixed him right up with a new one.

This is my 1 year vaping gift to myself Saber Touch Mini with one of Jon’s original tanks on it.
I have a few different tanks but this one is by far the best, wide body, solid, built in pawn tip. great workmanship. This set-up measures in @ 5 ½ inches
Thanks

Just send me a PM with which color you want and carto or ce2 set-up. I need to update the stock again, as a few more were sold this morning. I supply a cut carto with the initial tank purchase, and look up Strprswpr's posts for links to pre-drilled cartos.

Ok, I'm sold. How do I order? What colors are available? Can you do custom color combos? Do you have a site somewhere showing in-stock inventory and/or options? Can you supply pre-drilled cartos? Have I asked too many questions? lol
