I am sooo sorry for the damage to your home. :( I am glad you are safe. :) I truly hope things will start looking up you soon, and, hopefully no more evacuations.

I don't really understand the problem you're havng with your tank. Is it gurgling and flooding, or somehow getting juice in the tube? I only have liquinators, no jonboy's yet, but I imagine they all work on basically the same principle. Do they refill the same way? I am not sure I've run into this problem or not, plenty of others, though. It's all good with my tanks now, though.

Hellooooooooooooooo all...........finally got cable and wideband!!!! Well, aside from the newly "waterproofed" basement renovations now having 2 inches of water and all the new drywall is soaked and losing half of my roof shingles and no cable or broadband for 2 days, we are all safe and cozy. WHEW..........the dam in the town south of me is ready to break and more evacuations are being done and hubby (as a civil servant..........ahem...)Hasn't been home very much. Have credit card waiting anywho in case any "news" happens!
Before I lose my internet connection again............a quick question...........
Why does my carto flood so badly when I refill? After I blow the carto out I am left with half a tank of gas..........ahem.......joose.......and it makes me mad. I like a full tank in case of evacs!

Thanks in advance

Make sure your carto is punched 1/8" to 1/4" above the top of the bottom cap & use strprswpr's filling method. Click the link in my signature to see the video. I've found these two things will significantly cut down or eliminate flooding. Other than that, replace your carto. Let us know if that solves the problem.

I wouldn't say I'm completely unscaved....I'm mentally beaten. Keep in mind.....I was stuck in the house with my bride for 2 days....:p

No power, no TV, no internet....makes for an interesting 2 days. Tell us the good news in 9 months..boy or girl?

Remove top cap, fill, put top cap back on just until the O rings meet the tube...now flip it upside down and push the cap on. Doing it this way will not push as much juice into the carto to cause the leaking and loss of juice that you described. Hope that helps.

Chicken....LOL. My brother had it done. Doc told him to take it easy and don't do any weightlifting for a couple of days. Dumb .... decided not to listen and spent 2 days on ice packs. SIN said elephant balz was an understatement.
