I was doing some stalking on Vapor Age's thread for their new tank. Nothing like when tanks go up here.
Here's a little tip for people that think the tanks are too loose and don't have the bigger o rings to tighten them up. This will only work on the outside o rings. I don't think the inners are an issue anyway.
I took some 1/2" teflon tape....the white stuff to seal the thread on plumbers pipes....cut a piece and twisted it so it looked like a piece of dental floss. Took the o ring off the cap and wrapped the teflon tape once around the cap. Then put the o ring back on. You can't see the tape because it's under the o ring. Try to fit it. I had to cut the teflon tape until I found the desired tightness. I found that one full wrap with a touch of overlap gave me the desired tightness.
This was an issue on some other tanks I own, not Jon's. But I know some of you might want them a little tighter.
Give it a shot and tell me how you make out.

Hey strprswpr, I have a couple of questions that I'm sure have been answered before but I don't want to look for them. The cartomizer that Jon sends out with the tanks only has 1 hole punched in them. Is it better to punch 2 holes or is it just user preferrence. Also what voltage do you normally vape the 3.0ohm boges at?
I don't know what Jon does with his cartos....I punch my own and typically tell him to save the ones he'd be sending me for other customers. I punch 2- 3/32" holes just above the top of the bottom cap. I vape 3.0 Boges usually between 4.5 and 5 depending on the juice. Peppermint I vape at 5volts.....Vanilla ice cream tastes burnt at 5 so I knock it down to 4.5
THanks for the reply. Jon only punches one hole in them but it is feeding great. I didn't know a cartomizer could be so good. Now I just need to decide on what to do with my CE2 map tanks.
I've been punching two holes at slightly different heights. I figure that way more of the filler stays wet. I've never encountered a leaking problem with Boges so I figure, the more the merrier!
Yep that is a Megenta Bliss on top of my purple BuzzPro... the pictures don't do it justice, it's a perfect color match.
Now I need a Molten Copper, a Copper Haze, a Mercury, and so on and so on. Jon has his work cut out of himself.
