Paypal sent me a notice that if I mail it back to him I'll get my money.....I have to provide the tracking and once it's recieved I get paid....But it has to be in the same condition. If I do send it back he could say I sent him an empty box.....Then he's got the PV and my money....should I just send it to Issac and have it fixed?

Which ever you decide your post on the feedback forum says a bunch. With all the stuff being sold in the classifieds I am shocked there are only 7 pages of negative reviews since march 2010, compared to 551 pages of positive feedback. You just put him right were he deserves to be, in the VERY small group of dishonerable members on this forum where he will stand out like a sore thumb!

ECF has some pretty good security, they go by IP Addresses, so if your banned and try to go under another user name they will find ya !
