Did you ever contact ejoker about what happen in the first place ? so he could look into it,,,,he is a decent guy and I'm sure he would help you, you catch more bees with honey than anything else, I wouldn't even post any further and just contact him.!

OK I have a question for the Buzz users. I just got the purple Buzz Pro with chrome end caps for my Wife yesterday. It keeps shutting off and you need to move the bottom cap to get it to work. If you dont set it down softly it shuts off again.
